  1. The administrator of your personal data is AuRoom Staffing Solutions Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at Plac Słowiański 7/6, 65-465 Zielona Góra, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The Administrator conducts operational processing of your personal data;

  2. The Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer;

  3. Your personal data will be used for professional purposes related to future job offers and will be made available to employers;

  4. The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of your consent;

  5. You have the right to:

    a) access to your data,

    b) correcting them,

    c) deletion,

    d) processing restrictions,

    e) object to processing,

    f) data transfer,

    g) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,

    h) withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;

  6. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;

  7. The data will be stored for recruitment purposes, but no longer than 6 months;
